What kind of martial should I
use?
When installing the mosaic tiles to a
wall or for a flooring purpose, you want to make sure you use cement.
What is your return policy?
Due to a low profit margin, we accept
returns only when we ship the wrong item. In the event of a broken
tile during reception or installation, replacement tiles are offered
at the extra cost.
What happens if my tile is damaged
during shipping?
All packages are
insured to guarantee protection for the consumer. In the event damaged
arrival of the product, we take in charge filing the insurance claim
and offer replacement of the damaged tiles at no cost for the
consumer.
You must notify us within 3 business days
from date of reception. For more info, please read our
satisfaction policy.
Is the design permanent?
Yes. All
tiles are approximately 0.25" in thickness. All tiles are durable for
outdoor use. All tiles are suitable for pool installation. The glazes
are permanent and water-proof, stain proof, scratch resistant, and
non-fading.
What kind of tile do you use?
All
tiles are twice fired at extremely high temperatures with waterproof
glazes. They are frost proof to 5° Fahrenheit. They are stain proof
and scratch resistant. Their non-porous surface inhibits bacterial
growth. Grout sealers should be used to seal all grout lines. Tiles
can be cleaned with most non-abrasive household cleaners.

How long does it take to get
my Mosaic Tile Mural?
All
murals in stock leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days of
order reception. Packages are delivered via USPS, and take 10-14
business days for delivery. For customized orders, designing delays
vary by product. Deliveries take 10-14 business days still.
What if I need my tile sooner?
